Refund & Return

1.Refund

All products from AAA CHIPS are indicated exact manufacturer’s names and part numbers. Please check part number, brand and other related information carefully before you place order. AAA CHIPS will not accept any return or replacement request if customers make mistake by themselves.

2. Return

Return Process:
Send Return Request to RMA Service Department - RMA Service Department Approves Validity - Get RMA Code - Fill Out RMA form - Return item attached the RMA form - Return the payment within 7 days after receiving the package

About return or replace the product: About return or replace the product:
If there is something wrong with the product we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the product only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled: 

(1) In the case of shipping damaged, insufficient, wrongly delivered items in the package, please notify us within 7 working days(Business days) after the product is delivered. 

(2). If the actual number of receipt and the model do not match, please provide photos of the receipt, goods and related pictures to prove. Once confirmed that AAA CHIPS sent the wrong goods , RiXin will arrange the replacements timely for you.

(3). If apply for returns because of product quality problems, you need to provide detailed performance test report ,which act as replacements or returns proofs for AAA CHIPS to negotiate with suppliers.

(4). If customer don’t show any objection to the quality of the product within 30 days, AAA CHIPS will take it as the product quality is fully in line with the requirements by default.

* Acceptance of the return or replacement of the product is at our discretion.

Product delivery delays, accidents, purchased goods do not meet the customer's purpose, useless, compatibility issues, failures, etc. We do not make compensation for the loss due to the following reasons:

(1)Social damage (loss of business profits, business interruption, etc.), information loss, financial loss, personal injury, and the costs associated with recovery (maintenance costs, installation costs, handling costs, transportation costs, communication costs, transportation costs, processing fees, PC data recovery costs).

(2). If customer don’t show any objection to the quality of the product within 30 days, Rixin will take it as the product quality is fully in line with the requirements by default.

(3). The customer's own mistake for the wrong orders.

3. Return address : If returns or replacements are confirmed, we will offer you concrete shipment address for returns or replacements.

4. Process time for customer service:

(1). AAA CHIPS’s customer service representatives will accept and solve return applications in 2 days after customers submit them.

(2). AAA CHIPS will refund or replace the goods after getting back returns.

5.Returns freight Description:

(1). AAA CHIPS will bear the freight cost caused by wrong quantity, wrong model and product quality problems.
