2.6. Temporary Halt of Services
The Site may stop providing services temporarily without prior notice to members when the incidents have occurred，such as an emergency or regular maintenance of facilities for providing our services; a fire and power outage a disaster such as earthquake, volcanic eruption, flood, tsunami, epidemics, etc.
We take no responsibility for any damages which may be caused to members or any third parties by delay or temporary interruption of services due to a reason described in the previous paragraph or any other reasons that may arise.
3. Order Term of Use
3.1. Order Validation and Acceptance
We will deliver the product you want immediately through the following simple Steps: Create Your Cart -> Check Out -> Shipping Options -> Payment Options -> Order Submit -> Order Confirmation -> Delivery
3.2. Changes or cancels order
All bookings need our confirm. If you register an order on the website, the order will be entered when we send the notification e-mail about the order acceptance of order. Please be forewarned that orders cannot be canceled after the entry.
3.3. Shipping
Customers can choose industry-leading freight companies, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL, at check-out. You can select whether to charge your shipping account or to charge AAA CHIPS shipping account by paying the prefixed cost at the time of order. All relevant shipping and tracking information, including airway bill numbers, is provided automatically upon shipment of each purchase.
3.4. Payment
The payment method can be TT in advance (bank transfer), PayPal.
3.5. Handling Charge
There is no minimum order or handling fee.
3.6. Costs that may be incurred for order cancellation
a. Orders pay via wire transfer
Different banks will charge a certain percentage of handling fees when refunding. Customer is responsible
for paying the possible charges the cost of wire fees or exchange rates.
We recommend that confirm the order information with us in advance before making a large bank transfers.
b. Orders pay via PayPal
There will be no handling fees when refunding.
However, we recommend that customers pay in U.S. dollars first.
Cause payments in Euros and other currencies may result in refund losses due to exchange rate
differences.
Customer is responsible for paying the possible charges the currencies transactions fee.
3.7. Return Policy
If there is something wrong with the product we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the product only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:
- There are any problems with the product we delivered, such as a deficiency in quantity, delivery of wrong items, and apparent external defects (breakage and rust, etc.), and we acknowledge such problems.
- We are informed of the defect described in above within 30 days after delivery of the product.
- The product is unused and only in the original unpacked packaging.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation by both parties; If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the relevant dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Shenzhen Feiyi Company is located for litigation.

IX. Termination and Waiver
